1. Register your practice
Registration is free. No credit card, subscription or upfront deposit is required, and registering does not commit you to booking shifts.
2. Tell us what you need
When you need cover, provide the role, date, hours, location and any relevant requirements for the assignment.
3. We check availability
We check suitable available dental nurses or receptionists against the requirements of your shift.
4. Confirm your booking
Once suitable cover is identified, we confirm the booking details and applicable rate with you.
5. Your locum attends
The booked locum attends your practice for the agreed shift and the assignment is recorded through Evergreen's normal process.
6. Receive your invoice
Approved practices book on invoice terms. Standard payment terms are 3 days from the invoice date. You can request extended terms of up to 30 days.
